Tender Description
Council is inviting offers for a suitably qualified Principal Contractor to design, supply, install, test and commission solar photovaoltic (PV) systems at multiple sites within the Tweed Shire Council.
The sites are located at the following locations;
• Kingscliff Pool – Cudgen Road, Kingscliff (20kWp)
• Kingscliff Library – Turnock St, Kingscliff (16.8kWp)
• Tweed Heads Depot – Gray St,Tweed Heads (15kWp)
The Form of contract is Lump Sum / Schedule of Rates using MW21B Contractor contract terms and conditions.
The required date for completion / contract duration is twelve (12) weeks OR eighty four (84) calendar days.” Pre-offer meeting is mandatory and will be held on the 29 July 2020. Bidders are to pre- register their attendance providing minimum forty eight (48) hours notice.
