The Facility seeks to engage a panel of suitability qualified and experienced individual consultants, organisations, or companies (the Service Providers) to provide Capacity Building Services (SOCBS) to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and across the Facility’s programs. Service Providers selected for the SOCBS will enter into a Standing Offer contract arrangement with Coffey International Development (Coffey) as the managing contractor for the Facility.
