Armidale Livestock Selling Agents Pty Ltd trading as New England Livestock Agents is a company that comprises the 7 Stock & Station Agents that operate at both Armidale and Guyra Saleyards under Lease from Armidale Regional Council.
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified individuals or businesses to provide catering at the Guyra Saleyards on sale days out of the onsite canteen.

Essential Criteria:
- Current Food Handlers Certificate
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certification
- Valid ABN, and be fully insured.
- Compliance with local council regulations
- Demonstrated proficiency in meeting requirements of the Food Standards code, along with food safety requirements as a retail food business.
Businesses or Individuals wishing to submit an expression of interest, need to provide a detailed proposal of services, including the following:
- ABN number
- Copies of qualifications / certificates as mentioned
- Copies of current Insurance documents
- Any other informal on that you feel relevant to your submission.
