Scope of Work
Design and supply of a mobile vacuum drill rig to support sampling needs of the Lake Macleod gypsum operations. The company will provide a design specification to guide the supplier on the design. Drill rig is to be either trailer mounted or mounted on tray of light vehicle. As part of the works, the vendor will be required to:
1. Design the equipment in accordance with Australian Standards and DSL specifications;
2. Conduct a BoD/FoD review with DSL. This should include HAZOP;
3. Conduct a design review with the Company at 75% completion;
4. Fabrication, assembly and supply of complete Vacuum Drill Rig in accordance with Australian Standards and DSL specifications;
5. Compile and submit all drawings and documentation as stipulated;
6. Full assembly in the vendor’s workshop;
7. Perform all inspection and testing requirements as per DSL specifications;
8. Provide any special tools or equipment for successful transportation, installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment;
9. Packaging, loading and transport of the equipment to site;
10. First fill of any lubricants, fuel and other consumables;
11. Commissioning spares;
12. Provision of on-site commissioning support and operational training;
