Proposal Seeking interest to Dispose of Property

⁠⁠⁠The City of Karratha proposes to lease the Pam Buchanan Centre, Family Services module for the purpose of conducting
Counselling and Community Support services for a minimum three (3) year term with the option to extend this term for a
further 1+1 year.
