Section 231 Local Government Regulation 2012 Legal Services Approved Contractor List
The following classes of suitably qualified persons are invited to express their interest in joining an Approved Contractor List for the provision of legal services to Moreton Bay Regional Council:
(i) Barristers;
(ii) Law firms;
(iii) Expert witnesses for Planning & Environment Court matters;
(iv) Legal support service providers
(e.g. administrative support);
(v) Legal technology providers.
To submit an expression of interest, please provide the following details via email addressed to
LegalServicesPanel@moretonbay.qld.gov.au:
(i) Your company / individual contact information or details;
(ii) Your current rates for services offered;
(iii) (if available) Your capability statement (or similar) to perform the services offered.
Persons will be chosen for inclusion on the approved contractor list based on the sound contracting principles set out in the Local Government Act 2009.
Please note that inclusion on the Approved Contractor List will not constitute any guarantee of being engaged by Council to provide legal services.
