ABOUT THE PROPOSED CONTRACT: Council intends to enter into a contract for the purpose of the construction of a new amenities building which includes four (4) change rooms, two (2) WC's, two (2) ambulant toilets, two (2) accessible toilets and two (2) family change rooms to accommodate the new water play and sporting facilities at Stante Reserve, located at Stante Close, Middleton Grange.

ON SITE INSPECTION: A site inspection/briefing will be held at 11am on Wednesday 29 July 2020.
