The purpose of this request for proposal is to invite qualified vendors to submit a creative and bold proposal for the provision of the design and development of assets for the Christchurch Spring Celebration campaign, BLOOM.

ChristchurchNZ wants to source prospective vendors who have experience with large scale campaign creative direction, design and execution of assets. The response must include: an overall creative direction and explanation, and a maximum of two draft creative executions to showcase the overall direction of the creative.

Please note that the brand architecture and guidelines have already been created and used in past years. ChristchurchNZ is looking for a new creative treatment (using current brand guidelines and colour palette) for 2020.
