Tender Description
The fishing jetties at Greymouth and Westport are being renewed through funds provided by the Provincial Growth Fund. The designs at both ports have been developed in consultation with local councils, port managers and users.
Buller District Council is leading the joint procurement of pontoons for both ports. Buller District Council, as agent for both port projects, invites all tenders by 5pm Friday 31st July. Consents are lodged with all the necessary councils and expected to be approved in July. Construction is planned to commence in August.
All tenders should cover standard terms and must cover clear fixed prices for the works, an overview of resources being committed e.g. project management, construction resources, time frames for completion, and availability (start date) as a minimum.
