Selection Criteria
1. The tenant can propose rent amount for Council to consider.

2. Council does not have to accept the highest rent.

3. Council does not have to accept the longest lease.

4. Council may negotiate further with the successful applicant(s).

5. Applications must be received by Council no later than 4pm on 31 July, 2020
