Tender Description
The District Council of Yankalilla invites tender submission from Civil Contractors for the upgrade of Heathcote Street and Kemmis Street in Normanville.
As part of the 2020/2021 Annual Business Plan the District Council of Yankalilla resolved to undertake the upgrade of Heathcote Street and Kemmis Street Normanville. This project incorporates the following broad scope of works;
- Construction of new road pavement and Reseal of Heathcote Street and Kemmis Street
- Construction of new stormwater infrastructure including rain gardens
No onsite construction works are to commence prior to Wednesday 27th of January 2021 as to avoid Summer School Holidays. SA Water will be undertaking replacement of the existing water main late 2020, prior to any upgrade works specified in this tender.
