Neither the lowest, nor any tender, will necessarily be accepted.
Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail, hand delivered or by telephone will not be accepted for evaluation.

SUMMARY OF WORKS
This tender is a one year tender for the supply and/or delivery of concrete, gravels and loams. The Principal does not guarantee any particular tonnage.

The Contract shall be for the period of twelve months from the date of awarding the contract with the option to extend for three months by agreement of both parties.
