The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) invites suitably eperienced Construction Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to deliver the Construction of the Goodwood Road, Springbank Road and Daws Road Intersection Upgrade.
In May 2019 the State Government announced a new upgrade of the intersection based on a four way intersection. The upgrade will involve constructing a new realigned four way signalised intersection and removing the current staggered T-junctions of Goodwood Road, Springbank Road and Daws Road.
This EOI is the first phase of a two phase procurement process to establish a Construct only Contract to deliver the works.
MANDATORY PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Companies must be prequalified in the following DPTI prequalification categories:
Construction Contractor
- Roadworks level: R3
- Financial level: F20
MANDATORY BRIEFING DETAILS
A briefing will be conducted via "Microsoft Teams" at the time and date shown on the front cover of the EOI document. Further information about this briefing including registration requirements are detailed in the EOI document - please refer to Clause 3.5 "Expression of Interest phase".
