Scope of Work
Supply and Installation of Upgrades to the male and female Ablutions at Dampier warehouse to both Rio Tinto and Australian standards.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Demolition and removal of old amenities;
- Plumbing and electrical works upgraded to suit new amenities;
- Waterproofing and tiling as required;
- Frame out of vanities and construction of new dividing wall in female ablutions;
- Supply and installation of new amenities; and
- Supply, installation, maintenance and removal of temporary ablutions during building works.

The scope of work is a summary description of services that may be required by Rio Tinto and may be subject to change in Rio Tinto’s absolute discretion.
