Sale of Land by Tender (Elizabeth Street)

⁠⁠⁠North Burnett Regional Council is seeking tender offers for the sale of land located at Elizabeth Street, Mundubbera Queensland 4626, described as Lot 79 (no 62) and Lot 80 (no 64) on SP199370, comprising each of 889m2 blocks of vacant residential land.

Written tenders should be clearly marked “Confidential – Tender Number 2919_2020-21_QTB_02” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 390, Gayndah Qld 4625.

Council reserves the right to invite applicants to change their tender in accordance with the Local Government Act and Section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. No submission will be accepted after the nominated closing. The highest, or any tender, may not necessarily be accepted. All tenders will be responded to by email or mail.

Canvassing of elected representatives will disqualify prospective tenderers.
