RFQ Supply and delivery of one (1) Tractor

⁠⁠⁠Croydon Shire Council is inviting quotations for a medium-sized contractual arrangement for carrying out of work or the supply of goods or services expected to be between $15,000 and
$200,000.

The request for quotation is conducted in accordance with Croydon Shire Council’s Procurement Policy and Section 225 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.

Details of quotation requested
Tenderers are to detail warranty terms and conditions, including extended warranty options and any costs pertaining to these warranties.
Tenderers are to include a detailed schedule of servicing instruction for the vehicle including a list of part numbers for all replaceable filter elements, belts and expenditure.

Tenderers may submit a range of alternative tenders, providing the various alternatives meeting the basic requirements of the specifications.
Supply and delivery of one (1) Tractor
Engine: Diesel

The tractor must be fitted with the following:
 100HP Engine – approximately
 Shuttle Shift transmission
 Airconditioning
 4 wheel drive
 Front end loader with euro hitch (standard bucket)
 Category II three point linkage
 Front hydraulic remote
 Rear hydraulic remote
 Spare front tyre and rim
 Spare rear tyre and rim
 Two-way radio GME TX4500 UHF with mounted aerial
 LED flashing amber beacon
 Extra heavy duty six (6) foot slasher – compatible to the tractor
 Spare filters and parts required for all services up tot and including 1,000 hours
 Spare parts book
 Operator instruction book
 Workshop manual with breakdown of all components covering mechanical, electrical and hydraulic aspects
 All cabin glass shall be laminated and tinted to legal maximum
 Fire extinguisher – mounted – dry powder
 Cabin/ROPS certified with certification label
 Ignition, three (3) keys supplied
 Toolbox with tools including wheel changing tools and necessary service and field adjustment tools. Details of tool kit contents to be provided with quote.
The successful tenderer must provide on-site training.
