RFQ Supply and delivery of one (1) 4-5 tonne Single Cab Truck

⁠⁠⁠Croydon Shire Council is inviting quotations for a medium-sized contractual arrangement for carrying out of work or the supply of goods or services expected to be between $15,000 and $200,000.

The request for quotation is conducted in accordance with Croydon Shire Council’s Procurement Policy and Section 225 of the Local Government Regulation 2012

Details of quotation requested
Tenderers are to detail warranty terms and conditions, including extended warranty options and any costs pertaining to these warranties.
Tenderers may submit a range of alternative tenders, providing the various alternatives meeting the basic requirements of the specifications.

Supply and delivery of one (1) 4 to 5 tonne Single Cab Truck.

Body Shape: 4 to 5 tonne single cab light truck with a 4.3 metre long steel drop side body with back rack and spigots and 1.5 tonne lifting device mounted to the rear
Engine: Diesel
Drive: Single Axle
Colour: White
The vehicle must be fitted with the following:
 1.5 tonne lifting device mounted
 Airconditioning
 4.3 metre long steel drop side body with back racks and spigots
 Fitted two-way radio TX4500 GMEUHF with fiberglass aerial, mounted on the bull bar – passenger side
 Radio/cassette player
 Steel bulbar
 Removable canvas seat covers
 Dry powder fire extinguisher, mounted and easily accessible for use
 Long range steel fuel tank
 Spare tyre, rim and carrier
 Spot lights – Hella Rally FF4000 compact series
 Head light protectors
 Tinted laminated windscreen, all other glass to be tinted to full legal limit
 Rear mounted pintal hook tow bar and wiring
 Specify warranty details
 Must supply filter part numbers, belt part number and all vehicle details
The successful tenderer must provide on-site training.
