RFQ Supply and delivery of one (1) Heavy Duty Tandem Axle Tag Trailer

⁠⁠⁠Croydon Shire Council is inviting quotations for a medium-sized contractual arrangement for carrying out of work or the supply of goods or services expected to be between $15,000 and $200,000.
The request for quotation is conducted in accordance with Croydon Shire Council’s Procurement Policy and Section 225 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.

Details of quotation requested

Tenderers are to detail warranty terms and conditions, including extended warranty options and any costs pertaining to these warranties.
Tenderers may submit a range of alternative tenders, providing the various alternatives meeting the basic requirements of the specifications.
Supply and delivery of one (1) Heavy Duty Tandem Axle Tag Trailer.

Specifications:
 ATM up to 26.5 tonnes
 Width 2.5 metres
 Deck 7 metres approximately
 Floor checker plate 5mm
 Coaming rails 180mm to 200mm with tie down points
 Heavy duty safety chains and ratchet chain binders
 Ramp 2.4 metres to 2.6 metres long approximately 780mm wide with spring assist ramps (not hydraulic)
 Heavy duty spring suspension
 Air brake system kit
 Bartlett ball towing eye
 Spare tyres and rims to be included
 Tyre carriers to be fitted
 LED multi volt as per Australia Design Rule requirements
 80 litre water tank with tap
 Tool box fitted with T bar locking handle
 Rope rails on both side of trailer
 Mud guards to be fitted
 Warning flags and four (4) only holders fitter to front and rear
 Ratchet type to suit ramps, chaining points insider and outside ramps
