RFQ Supply and delivery of one (1) six (6) inch Water Pump

⁠⁠⁠Croydon Shire Council is inviting quotations for a medium-sized contractual arrangement for carrying out of work or the supply of goods or services expected to be between $15,000 and $200,000.

The request for quotation is conducted in accordance with Croydon Shire Council’s Procurement Policy and Section 225 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.

Details of quotation requested

Tenderers are to detail warranty terms and conditions, including extended warranty options and any costs pertaining to these warranties.

Tenderers are to include a detailed schedule of servicing instruction for the pump including a list of part numbers for all replaceable filter elements, belts and expenditure.

Tenderers may submit a range of alternative tenders, providing the various alternatives meeting the basic requirements of the specifications.

Supply and delivery of one (1) six (6) inch Water Pump.

Engine: Diesel

The water pump must be fitted with the following:

 35-55HP Engine – approximately

 Water cooled

 Battery isolator

 Emergency stop

 Direct coupled water pump

 Spare parts book

 Operator instruction book

 Workshop manual with breakdown of all components covering mechanical and electrical aspects

 Ignition, three (3) keys supplied

Delivery

Delivery shall be to the Croydon Workshop, Samwell Street, Croydon Qld. Quoted prices shall include the total cost and insurance in transit. Delivery must be within 21 days of placing the order or the order may be cancelled. The pump shall be delivered ready for immediate use.
