Tender Description
King Island Council is seeking expressions of interest for the supply and implementation of an Electronic Document & Records Management System. Council is undertaking a project to transition from physical records management to electronic storage of all Council records.
Key requirements of the system are:
- Access for up to 20 users
- Customised file structure
- Integrate with Council's finance (MAGIQ Software), email (Microsoft Outlook) and asset management systems (Moloney's)
- Facilitate compliance with Tasmanian State Records Guidelines/Policies
- Remote accessibility for approved users
- Upload of bulk scanned material
- Version control
- Customised user access
- User and administration support

- Product description
- Indication of cost for both implementation and ongoing maintenance / licensing.
- Procedures and indicative timeline for implementation
Following a review of the information provided in this EOI process, Council may choose to negotiate directly with one or multiple respondents, or choose to pursue a different course of action.
