Provision of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services

⁠⁠⁠Wagga Wagga City Council (WWCC) is seeking to engage with suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services to assist employees, and their immediate family, with work-related or personal problems that may be affecting their work.

The supplier/s will be required to conduct confidential, independent counselling within:

• Twenty-four (24) hours of initial contact in emergency situations; or

• Five (5) working days of initial contact for non-emergency situations.

Supplier/s are also to provide a 1800 number service (Telephone Counselling service) for all EAP employees to use.
