Maranoa Regional Council invites suitably skilled, qualified, and experienced businesses to submit a tender to:-

Lease the caravan park under a 10 year lease agreement. A copy of the lease is attached; OR
Manage the Caravan Park under a 6 year Management Agreement. A copy of the Management Agreement is attached.
The Caravan Park is situated on Council owned freehold land located at 2 - 4 Third Avenue, Injune QLD 4454 described as Lot 25 on SP166550.
