Principal Contractor -Townsville University Hospital Emergency Department - Paediatric Unit Alteration

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) seeks to engage a Principal Contractor for the expansion of the existing Emergency Department - Paediatric Unit at the Townsville University Hospital. The works consist of the expansion of the existing Paediatric Unit from 7 bays to 12 bays which must conducted in two stages (treated as a separable portions).

All works are to be undertaken in a live ‘24/7’ hospital environment. .
It is a mandatory requirement for Tenderers to demonstrate prior experience of project delivery of similar size/nature within operational public or private hospitals and completed in the last 5 years

A mandatory site visit has been allocated for Wednesday 8th July 2020 commencing at 11:00am QLD time.
