Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Liverpool Plains Shire Council is looking to upgrade some of its Henry St, Quirindi, clay tennis complex court surfaces to multi-layer acrylic surfaces catering for several sporting types.

The general scope of works includes, but not limited to, the following;

Remove existing lights, light poles, fencing, concrete, garden beds, minor structures and tennis court equipment,
Provide new retaining wall structure around the perimeter of the new courts,
Provide new court pavement consisting of gravel material, asphalt and multi-layer acrylic playing surface,
Provide new conduit and associated pits for future court lighting,
Provide new court fencing,
Provide line marking and sporting fixtures for three (3) combined use netball/basketball courts.

The contract is to be completed within 8 weeks of acceptance of Tender.

A number of provisional items have also been included with regards to interim lighting and future lighting provision for the site. The inclusion of any of the nominated provisional items as part of the Contract will be subject to sufficient funding within the Principle's project budget.
