Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.

The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.

Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.

Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council requires a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake the provision of security services.

The scope of work includes the following: Static Guard Services, Crowd Control/RSA Guard Service, Mobile/Random Patrol Services, Escort Guard Services, Alarm Response Services, including security of premises after break in, Lock/Unlock Services, Locking and unlocking access gates and Alarm monitoring service within an A1 Grade monitoring centre

Services may be requested from: September 2020
Term services may be required: Two years with three options for extension of 12 months each
