Expressions of Interest to Project Manage &/or Design Civil Projects

⁠⁠⁠The Glamorgan Spring Bay Council seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the following projects. The expression of interests shall be received by 12 noon Tuesday 14 July. An expression of interest may be for one, a multiple or all projects.

Consultancy tasks include, concept design, public consultation, statutory approvals, detailed design, tender preparation, management and evaluation, contract supervision and administration and reporting for funding compliance.

1. Coles Bay Foreshore Footpath (approx 1.8km)

2. Bicheno Gulch – significant reconstruction and extension of 2 adjacent car parking areas along the Esplanade
