Coffey International Development Pty Ltd, is the Managing Contractor for the Fiji Program Support Facility (the Facility) under Contract to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

Coffey International Development (Coffey) requires the Provision of Digital Health Software Demonstration Pilot for Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MHMS), as per the details more fully described in this Request for Tender (RFT) documentation in Part B, Scope of Services.

To tender, Coffey seeks a suitability qualified and experienced service provider (the Service Provider) to provide the Fiji MHMS an efficient and versatile off the shelf, customisable, software and services to support its demonstration phase as proof of concept.

Coffey does NOT intend to engage with a Service Provider for the development of a new software platform.

Both commercial and open source software products are eligible for consideration under this procurement.

Offers must be submitted for all the requirements.

Invitation Issue Date: Wednesday 24 June 2020

Tender Briefing Date (Suva, Fiji time): Tender briefing date is now moved from Friday 3 July 2020 at 3.00pm to two (2) different times depending on times that is applicable and/or favorable to your times zones:

1. For Northern Hemisphere Tenderers: Wednesday 8 July 2020 at 8.00am Suva, Fiji time

2. For Southern Hemisphere Tenderers: Wednesday 8 July 2020 at 11.30am Suva, Fiji time

Tender briefing will be via Zoom.

Tenderers that register interest will then be emailed the Zoom meeting password.
