The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) invites suitably prequalified Construction Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to deliver the Flagstaff Road Widening Project.
The EOI is the first phase of a multi-phase procurement process to establish a Construct Only Contract to deliver the works. The objective of the EOI process is to identify prequalified organisations that are interested in entering into the proposed Contract. Organisations must have the suitable capacity, capability and experience to deliver the project and possess a superior team and excellent track record in delivering similar civil construction projects.
MANDATORY PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To respond to this EOI, Registrants must meet the minimum pre-qualification requirements, as follows:
- Roadworks level: R3;
- Financial level: F25
For companies who do not meet the minimum prequalification categories, sub-contractor opportunities will be advertised via the Industry Capability Network website.
