To Purchase Water Allocations And Enter Into River Supply Agreements For The Rookwood Weir

⁠⁠⁠Sunwater Limited ACN 131 034 985 (“Sunwater”) is inviting offers to purchase medium priority water allocations from 500ML up to and including 25,000ML of a total available 30,000ML. Terms and Conditions of the invitation are contained in the attached Invitation to Tender (“ITT”).

Successful tenderers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale of Water Allocation in respect of water allocations that may be created following construction of the Rookwood Weir. Successful tenderers will also be required to enter into a River Supply Contract with the resource operations licence holder. Details are included in the ITT.

This is not an invitation to Tender to provide any type of goods or services to the Rookwood Weir Project or Sunwater (including construction/consultancy services).
