Tender Description
The Council of the City of Ryde is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced respondent for construction of a new amenities building and a new regional level playground.
The amenities building is proposed in Meadowbank Park, Meadowbank that will service both a new playground and adjacent sports fields. The new amenities building will have a brick exterior, colourbond roof. The new regional level playground is proposed with a focus on social inclusion. The playground will be over 3,200m2 in size.
