Tender Description
This tender is for DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION of a 2-storey building at Narrandera Sportsground.
The lower floor will contain two (2) player's change rooms with adjoining toilet/shower amenities and massage/strapping rooms, two (2) umpire's change rooms with toilets/shower amenities, one (1) medical/triage room and various storage areas.
The main floor will contain a clubroom/auditorium, drinks service area including coolroom, food service area including coolroom, male/female/disabled toilet facilities, storage areas and meeting room.
External disabled access is also to be provided from the lower level carpark to the main floor level.
The Contractor will be required to provide detailed design drawings (including architectural, engineering, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical) as well as detailed construction specifications for all trades.
The Contractor will be required to supply all labour, materials, plant and equipment to fully complete construction of the building to the stage of occupation.
