Supply of Multi-Function Devices & Related Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking prices for the renewal of its printer fleet for the next 5 years.

We are also looking for devices that will generate High Quality Scanning results at reduced file sizes with the ability to scan batches of documents of various page sizes.

Council would like pricing for the following items:

a) Base Scope of Works Items:

i. 2 Multi-Functional Devices at Council Administration Office (1 Stratheden Street Kyogle NSW 2474)

ii. 1 Multi-Functional Devices at Kyogle Works Depot (106 -116 Highfield Road Kyogle NSW 2474)

b) Optional Additional Items:

i. 1 Large Format Printer/Scanner at Council Administration Office

ii. 1 Multi-Functional Devices at Bonalbo Works Depot (4 Woodenbong Road Bonalbo NSW 2469)

iii. “Follow me” printing on MFDs at Council Administration Office and Kyogle Works Depot
