Disposal of Abandoned Vehicles by Public Tender

⁠⁠⁠Horowhenua District Council intends to dispose of the following abandoned vehicles by public tender. Council has written to the last recorded owners of these vehicles, but they have not been claimed.

Vehicles to be disposed of by tender are:

• 2007 Subaru Impreza Grey LSH496, Location Found: Foxton Beach. Last registered owner: Beverley Ebbutt, 17a Edinbrough Street, Feilding.
• 1997 Nissan Lucino Black CNQ301, Location Found: Levin Mall carpark, Last registered owner: Daniel Wall, 21 Gloucester Street, Porirua.
• 1999 Toyota Altezza White DNG291, Location Found: Gladstone Road, Levin.
• 1989 Mitsubishi L200 White OP3682, Location Found: Margaret Street, Levin.
• 1997 Toyota Sprinter White CCY486, Location Found: Hokio Beach Road, Levin.
• 1999 Mercedes Benz Blue ESC337, Location Found: Seddon Street, Levin.
• 1997 Mazda Familia White WK1305, Location Found: Parker Avenue, Levin.
• 1999 Hyundai Lantra Silver YW4575, Location Found: Parker Avenue, Levin.
• 1996 Mitsubishi Lancer Black BUE373, Location Found: Lindsey Road, Levin.
• 1983 Modern Nomad Nifty Caravan Brown 58LWS, Location Found: Hokio Beach Road, Levin.

Tender forms are available from Council's Main Office at 126-148 Oxford Street, Levin. Tenders close on Friday 3rd July 2020 at 5pm.

Vehicles will be disposed of in 'as is, where is' condition, with the successful tenderer being responsible for removal. All vehicles have expired Registrations and Warrants of Fitness and are in varying condition.
