The City of Mandurah (City) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced businesses or Organisations for the Waterfront Project - Design and Construction of Shade Structures.

This contract will be awarded to appropriately experienced Contractor/s (incorporating a team of all necessary sub-consultants and sub-contractors) for the provision of a range of design and construction services required for the detailed design, manufacturing and installation of shelter structures in various sites for the Mandurah Waterfront Project.

The City has developed concept designs for the proposed shelter structures. All conforming tenders will include the detailed design, manufacturing, delivery and installation of the proposed shelters as detailed in this specification and indicated in the attached concepts.

The Requirements to be provided by the Tenderer, under the proposed Contract, are set out in Part 2 - Specification.

A non-mandatory briefing will be conducted on Tuesday 23 June 2020 at 10am.
