Purchase of Allotments - Mareeba Industrial Park

⁠⁠⁠Mareeba Shire Council invites submissions for the Purchase of Allotments at Martin Tenni Drive, Gowan Street, Keegan Street, Effley Street and Thora Celland Drive - Mareeba Industrial Park.

Conditions of Sale:
1. Tenderers must submit a development plan for any Lots they are seeking to acquire. The development plan must outline the:

a. proposed business or industry to be developed on the Lot/s,
b. anticipated value of structural improvements to be erected on the Lots,
c. the time frame for completion of the development and number of persons to be employed in the proposed business or industry.

1. Subject to a tender being accepted by Council, the tenderer must sign a Contract of Sale within 10 days of the acceptance of the tender and make payment of 10% of the tendered purchase price.

2. Council may, in its absolute discretion in special circumstances, vary any of the terms and conditions prior to concluding any sale.
