Tender Description
The City of Mount Gambier (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the provision of road construction at Kennedy Avenue Mount Gambier - Wireless Road to Bishop Road (the Works). The Council will enter into a contract for works with the successful tenderer.
The Works are to be completed no later than 31 October 2020 and within a 6 week timeframe from commencement of construction. Tenderers will need to provide a firm committment to Council's timeframe.
The Works will be undertaken in accordance with:
- Council's L130 Land Divisions Policy
