Tender Description

The Board of Trustees of Woodstock Primary School at Fairfield, Hamilton are seeking a contractor to undertake Seismic Strengthening Upgrade at School Hall. The work includes:

Part 1: Structural

  • Seismic upgrade work
  • Strengthen portals and bases.
  • Install new roof diaphragm.
  • Install plywood shear walls
  • Additional concrete footings
  • Steel painting

Part 2: Architectural

  • Removal of windows and replace with double glazing
  • Wall insulation
  • Reinstate Gib wall due to seismic strengthening
  • Internal painting of walls, floors, ceiling
  • Replace existing lighting with LED
  • Upgrade fire safety systems and signage
