Expressions of Interest for a License to operate North Perth Licensed Post Office - Fixed Term Contract

⁠⁠⁠ The potential licensee will need:

• Experience in managing a small business
• Ability to provide high level customer service
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills

This is an opportunity for highly motivated, dynamic people with relevant skills and experience to become part of a high-profile corporation, offering an established customer base, strong brand and market position.

Premises:

The successful applicant will be required to operate the Licensed Post Office in suitable either "owned" or "leased" accomodation in:

1. The current location, in other premises, or to be incorporated into a Host Business approved by Australia Post; and
2. Located within the commercial boundaries of North Perth, Western Australia.

Entity:

The successful applicant will be required to provide an Entity that can operate the licensed Post Office to observe perform the terms and obligations contained in the licensed Post Office Agreement on the part of the Licensee.
