Tenders are to be lodged either by hand or post and are to be received by the closing date and time. Late Tenders, emails and facsimiles will not be accepted.

Canvassing of Councillors and/or Council Staff by a tenderer will result in their tender being omitted for consideration. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
