The Wide Area & Space Surveillance Systems Program Office (WASS SPO) invites industry and academia to join us for a Space Domain Awareness Industry Briefing on June 23 2020 - 14:30 (CST)
WASS SPO will deliver a Space Domain Awareness capability to Defence. The approach is to deliver this capability through acquiring a mix of SDA technologies with a focus on emerging technologies and capabilities to meet Defence’s changing operational needs.
Defence is keen to undertake smart partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, including Defence industry companies. The key to understanding the opportunities will be based on an accurate assessment of Australian Industry, achieved through early, regular and ongoing engagement.
The purpose of this Industry Briefing is to provide Industry and academia with an update on the approach to acquire a Defence Space Domain Awareness capability and the proposed schedule for 2020/21.
This event will be held via Webinar and registration to participate will be required.
