Online learning resource

⁠⁠⁠NIAA is seeking the services of a learning specialist (organisation, consortium or contractor(s)) to deliver one online learning module in 1-2 months and potential one page resources.

This module is to be SCORM compliant and meet government accessibility requirements.

The learning specialist will have the following skills and experience:

• Instructional Design
• Content development and authoring
• Alignment/mapping content to users performance gaps
• Stakeholder engagement to undertake a performance gap analysis to identify key concepts
• Graphic Design
• Media development
• Project Management

Tasks the learning specialist will need to undertake:

• Development of a project plan
• Stakeholder engagement and consultations as part of needs analysis
• Development of storyboard
• Development of learning resources, bite sized, to be interactive, engaging with decision points, case studies and possible screen captures
• Potential one pager/s on the job resources

The audience for this online learning module is NIAA staff.

NIAA will receive the source files to allow for future in-house updates and enhancements.

The authoring tool should be Adobe Captivate however NIAA is flexible to other proposals.

Both Australian citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply for this temporary role.
