Lease of Property by Tender - Karratha Leisureplex Food & Beverage Operations

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking Submissions from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to operate a food and beverage
service via a leased premises on site to service patrons of the Karratha Leisureplex facilities.

The Karratha Leisureplex Café is located within the recreation centre adjacent to the main entrance and function space with
direct servery access to the main foyer and aquatic centre.

The 99.6 square metre space comes fully functional as a commercial kitchen and servery.

The Deadline for parties wishing to register their interest need to be submitted by 2pm (AWST) Tuesday 30 June 2020 to leasing@karratha.wa.gov.au
