Tender for Lease of Pasture Area at Marchant Street, Eketahuna

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the lease of approximately 9.53ha of pasture land situated on Marchant Street, Eketahuna.

A copy of the terms and conditions of the lease is available on the Council website or at the Eketahuna Service Centre, 1 Bridge Street, Eketahuna.

Envelopes containing tenders should be clearly marked tender for Marchant Street Property, Eketahuna and sent to Peter Sinclair, Community Assets and Property Manager, Tararua District Council, PO Box 115, Dannevirke 4942.

Tenders close on 26 June 2020 at 4pm and should be submitted on the lease application form. Acceptance of any tender is at the sole discretion of the Council. The highest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
