Tender Description
The purpose of the project is to renovate this Council-owned property. The original concrete pool has been repaired previously with a fiberglass shell which is failing.
The change rooms are outdated and not up to community expectations.
The pool is not DDA compliant and rectifications are needed to bring it up to current standards.
