Bulk Fuel Supply

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Mingenew is investigating systems for vehicles and mobile plant to be refuelled at the Shire Depot. This would include a requirement for storage capacity and an access and monitoring system.

Interested persons or parties are invited to submit a quote for the bulk supply and delivery of diesel fuel to the Shire for a period of two years from the 01 August 2020. Quotations need to include:

• proposed pricing structure in the required format (terminal gate price (TGP) plus a specified additional number of cents per litre to give a delivered price to the Shire)
• available delivery schedules;
• proposed pricing or conditions for the provision of a suitably sized self-bunded tank, with pump and meter. The tank must comply with Australian Standards AS1692- Steel tanks for Flammable and Combustible Liquids.
• The delivery system must include a mechanism for recording and allocating fuel use to specific vehicles (whether through use of a card, access code and odometer/plant hours)

The supply will include delivery to the Shire Depot, a static site that is located at:
Cnr Spring and Linthorne Street
Mingenew, WA 6522.
