Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for refurbishments to the administration block at Yeronga State High School, located at 159 Villa St, Yeronga QLD 4104 as part of the Renewing Our Schools (ROS) program.
The refurbishment works include the construction of a new reception and foyer area, as well as refurbishments to the external façade and a number of existing offices. All works are to be completed by August 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works – It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
