Principal Contractor - Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit Refurbishment at the Townsville University Hospital

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) seeks to engage a Principal Contractor to refurbish and upgrade of the existing A Wing and High Dependency Unit (HDU) of the Mental Health Facility at the Townsville University Hospital. The project will be delivered as a Design Development and Construct Contract using amended AS4300-1995 contract terms and conditions.

It is a mandatory requirement for Tenderers to demonstrate -
a) experience delivering pubic hospital related and/or mental health building projects; and
b) experience delivering a design and construct project(s) (health or non-health related); and
c) nominated Architectural Consultant's prior experience with the design/delivery of Australian based contemporary mental health facilities
within the last 5 years.

A mandatory Pre-bid Meeting has been allocated for Thursday 11th June 2020 commencing at 11:00am QLD time.
