Tender Description
The Shire of Katanning is inviting tenders for the Design and Construction for the alterations and additions proposed at the old Shire of Katanning Administration Building (18 20 Austral Terrace, Katanning), that is being refurbished and redeveloped as a Community Medical Centre. The project involves partial demolition works, and internal refurbishment as required.
Concept plans have been developed (Attachment 1 DWG # A.20 April 2020).
It is anticipated that the project implementation will commence in July 2020 (plans) and be completed by December 2020. A detailed construction timeline needs to be provided with the RFT as part of the submission.
