Tender Description
City of Darwin seeks to create a vibrant Christmas atmosphere in The Mall through the installation of decorations and other measures. It is proposed that there be a three year rolling program for the annual Christmas decoration displays in The Mall, Darwin.
The RFP process is to identify the company who is able to provide the most effective and financially viable service to Council over a three year period.
The RFP requires:
Concept designs for the annual Christmas decoration displays in The Mall including;
- the re-use of suitable existing decorations and Christmas tree (Christmas Decorations Inventory shown in Attachment C),
- the procurement of new decorations to replenish and complement existing stock,
- options for lighting solutions and digital projections,
The collection, installation, removal and return of Christmas decorations and tree to provided storage location, Lighting of the Christmas tree at annual City of Darwin event,Repairs and maintenance to the decorations, tree and fixing elements as required.
