Online Bookings & Ticketing

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced companies for a ticketing and bookings solution, either as one solution or independently.

The scope of the offering in this RFP is the provision of a fully configured, cloud-based online booking and ticketing Solution. The Solution will be used by the City and the public to manage bookings of the City’s premises and facilities, and to issue tickets to events happening within the City of Greater Geelong.

The City anticipates that a small amount of customisation may be required, and that the Solution will have the capacity to integrate with the City’s enterprise resource planning applications which are the subject of RFT No. T2000055.

The City is expecting to contract with a single vendor for the Solution. However, the City may contract with multiple vendors if required, for example, if the City determines that certain elements of the Solution should be provided by different vendors in order to obtain the best outcome. In the event that the City enters into a Contract with a respondent, the City will maintain the flexibility to implement software applications on a staged basis if required. The respondent will be required to provide agreed pricing in relation to all software in the Contract, but the City may choose to proceed with particular software applications at its discretion in accordance with the Contract.

Attendance at the Briefing Session is not mandatory.
